I have been the State Senator for Senate District 1 from 2005 through now. During my tenure I have successfully brought and passed legislation that has aided rural Colorado. I have also remained true to my principles of:
-Limited Government
-Personal Responsibility
-Protection of Private Property Rights
-Fiscal Responsibility
